Getting to Know You and Your Wedding
Let's grab a drink and talk all things wedding! We'll discuss your wedding colors, wedding party members, and decor. After we get a list of your booked vendors, we'll discover which vendors you still need to hire and send out referrals for those that are available, fit your style, and budget. After this, we'll start working on your timeline. This will layout how you want the day to flow. From the start of beauty services to when your vendors arrive, the ceremony processional to the last dance! Each appropriate vendor will receive a tailored copy.

Meetings
We want you to be confident during the planning process. This means you will have unlimited access to us via email and phone. Any questions that pop up in the middle of the night or day, we're here to help! We request that you include us in your final meetings with your DJ, Photographer/Videographer, caterer, and venue. This helps us ensure that everyone is on the same page!

Show Time
It's wedding day!!!! My assistant(s) and I will arrive and begin setting up. This includes but is not limited to your linens, centerpieces, ceremony decor, guest book, and card box. When your vendors arrive, we'll direct them were to set up and act as the point of contact the entire day. We'll make sure the timeline we created is being followed to a T and running on time. At the end of the night, we'll help pack everything up for transportation.
